In article number 1906539, Yi Hong, Hongwei Ouyang, and co‐workers establish an “all‐in‐one” gel microsphere‐based system for stem cell amplification and tissue engineering, including enhanced cell expansion, convenient and harmless passage, quick and complete harvest, efficient cryopreservation and transportation, as well as functional macro‐tissue construction. The gel microspheres are fabricated by a layer‐by‐layer 3D digital light processing technology with automatic process, uniform size, and high efficiency.
