In article number 1905987, Na Liu and co‐workers demonstrate the hierarchical assembly of DNA origami catenanes templated by gold nanoparticles. Catenanes containing two, three and four rings are successfully created. By releasing the gold nanoparticles, the rings within the origami catenanes can be set free. This work will enrich the toolbox of DNA‐based functional nanodevices with programmable and well‐controlled topologies.
