Cell membrane‐camouflaged phototherapeutic nanoparticles have appealing properties of immune escape, in vivo prolonged circulation time, and homologous targeting, and their phototherapeutic activities remain nearly unchanged. In article number 1804105 , Kanyi Pu and co‐workers highlight recent advances in the development of biomimetic cell membrane‐camouflaged nanoparticles for cancer phototherapy in living animals. Challenges and future perspectives are also discussed.
