In article number 1801020 , Qingxin Tang, Yichun Liu, and co‐workers achieve a high‐performance ultrathin organic thin‐film transistor (OTFT) array via a simple solution process, with the highest mobility of 11 cm 2 V −1 s −1 . The ultrathin thickness and ultralight weight enable the OTFTs to show good electrical characteristics when conformed onto different curved surfaces and even folded in a book. These results can provide more possibilities in the fabrication of wearable electronics and foldable displays.
