In article number 1800573 by Xin Lou and co‐workers, an α v β 3 ‐specific Fe 3 O 4 ‐RGD nanoprobe is prepared for in vivo magnetic resonance imaging of the collaterals after cerebral ischemia, and shows the binding specificity to the cerebral collaterals. The direct observation of cerebral collaterals is enabled in a quasi‐real time fashion, and further studies are also performed to show the collateral dynamics upon reperfusion, which is significantly meaningful for clinical treatment of stroke.
