Y. Li and co‐workers describe a facile and efficient in‐situ incorporation method for the encapsulation of a metal precursor, achieving good control over the location and composition of metal nanoparticles within MOFs. On page 2642, it is shown that the employment of a mixed donor ligand could allow its assembly with the hard oxophilic metal cation (Zr 4+ ) to construct MOF and incorporation of the soft nitrophilic metal precursors (Pd 2+ and Ni 2+ ) in one step.
