DNA Boolean logic gate constructs are fabricated by V. Birkedal, J. Kjems, and co‐workers in closed and open conformations, corresponding to output values of 0 and 1. On page 1811, logical operation outputs and opening and closing of the DNA logic gate constructs are read out by FRET. The logic gates can be incorporated into a DNA origami box (18 x 18 x 24 nm 3 ) and control lid opening via Boolean and Fuzzy logics.
