Large‐scale horizontally aligned ZnO microrod arrays with controlled orientation and periodic distribution are fabricated by Z. Guo and co‐workers via combing technology. On page 438, the microrod arrays with uniform orientation and periodic distribution are realized based on the conventional bottom‐up method. The proposed combing method can be applied to transform the aligned distribution from vertical to horizonal orientation for micro‐ or nanostructures with any designed patterns and materials for building chips in devices.
