Aligning PbZr 0.52 Ti 0.48 O 3 (PZT) nanowires in polydimethylsiloxane introduces dielectrophoresis, improving the electromechanical properties of nanogenerators, and the light transmittance of composite films. A novel transparent and antipeep piezoelectric nanogenerator is developed that can be used for harvesting the energy from the light tapping of a finger on a cell phone, with an output current of 0.8 nA.
