A metal‐coordinated α‐helical peptide monolayer shows exceptional vectorial electron transfer. It also displays rectification behavior whereby an alternating current signal is successfully turned into a direct current signal by the monolayer acting as an electric rectifier. The monolayer can simply be fabricated the piezoelectric field generated from an in‐situ nanogenerator, which opens up a wide range of applications.
