A smart microfluidic pipette tip for removing cells and recovering liquid media is presented by S. Choi and co‐workers, and on page 4123 it is applied for blood cell rejection and cytotoxicity assays. This method enables continuous cell rejection by manual operation, potentially providing the means for rapid, inexpensive sample preparation for personalized diagnostics and mobile laboratories.
