A facile technique for the fabrication of fully‐covering multiscale structures surfaces by nanoimprinting and modified laser swelling is presented. The approach is proved to be capable of generating regular and adjustable dome‐like hierarchical structures, and it is used to create nature‐inspired, multiscale functional surfaces with tunable wettability.
