Advantages of reduced graphene oxide (RGO) and Si nanowire (SiNW) array are integrated into a single photodetector by simple drop‐casting of the suspension of graphene oxide (GO) nanosheets on top of the SiNW array followed by heat‐treatment. The RGO‐SiNW array heterojunction photodetector is photoresponsive to the visible, near‐infrared, mid‐infrared, and terahertz wave irradiations at room temperature.
