Protein‐confined bimetallic structural ensembles with mimetic peroxidase activity are constructed. The oxidation reaction of 3,3,5,5‐tetramethylbenzidine (TMB) with H 2 O 2 is chosen to detect catalytic activity using UV–vis spectroscopy. The artificial enzyme is coupled with oxidase to build a dual‐enzyme sensor system for the detection of biomolecules.
