Well‐defined λ ‐DNA microring arrays are created via the coupled process of capillary rise and depression during evaporative assembly of λ ‐DNA microfluid confined in polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) microlens arrays and poly(methyl methacrylate)‐coated Si substrates. The dimensions of the λ ‐DNA microrings are tunable by changing the size of the PDMS microlenses.
