A robust, simple nanofilter design for efficient separation of proteins with well‐controlled molecular‐size cut‐off is developed by applying building‐block architectures. The ability to precisely modify the uniform pores and shapes of NTs that strongly connected membrane walls enabled controlled nanofiltration process of biomolecules, which involved evaluation of nanofilter manufacturability in terms of reusability and long‐term stability.
