Doping control : The doping level (or Fermi energy) of single‐layer graphene (SLG) films can be modulated by aromatic compounds. Raman 2D‐ and G‐band frequency sampling is used to distinguish between n‐ and p‐doped SLG films (see picture), which result from electron‐donating and ‐withdrawing groups, respectively.
