Antimony‐doped SnO 2 nanoparticles (ATO) are obtained, using a polymer‐assisted approach, in the form of fine nanocrystalline powders with superior crystallinity. Gas‐sensor devices fabricated with these ATO nanoparticles show good and quick responses (see image), and good recovery, to formaldehyde gas at a low operating temperature of 136 °C..
