STEP by STEP : A method for depositing customized single and multilayer biomaterial scaffolds (see image) using point‐to‐point and continuous techniques is described. Proliferation and migration of mouse C2C12 progenitor cells occurs along the fiber axis on single‐layered scaffolds and on double‐layered orthogonal scaffolds spreading along the two layers, and right‐angle transitions can be seen.
