The cover picture depicts antibody‐conjugated magnetic Fe 3 O 4 nanoparticles, which are protected by ethylene glycol groups. Such nanoparticles are shown to act as specific affinity nanoprobes for the multiplexed detection of target proteins in human plasma. MALDI‐TOF mass spectrometry was used to monitor the targeted signals and the inhibition of nonspecific binding caused by the magnetic nanoparticles. Such nanoprobes are envisaged to become excellent tools for future clinical nanodiagnostics. Lin, and co‐workers on page 485 ff.
