Array of light! Arrays of nanoscale organic light‐emitting diodes (OLEDs) have been fabricated over centimeter‐square areas using soft nanolithography. Ru[(bpy) 3 ]‐based OLEDs with 250‐nm diameters and high densities (2.6×10 5  mm 2 ) were achieved, and addressability of these nano‐OLEDs in one dimension was realized. The image displays the large‐area emission from such a nano‐OLED array.
