Cation transport through Au nanotube membranes is electromodulated by controlling the extent of oxidation of a redox‐active ferrocene (Fc) substituent attached to the Au surfaces. The graph shows the transport of a solution of the cationic permeating species, dication methylviologen, through the nanotubes as a function of time.
