Single‐crystalline poly(furfuryl alcohol) nanostructures have been synthesized in toluene solvent systems via a simple solvothermal reaction. The π–π stacking interaction is proved to be quite efficient and necessary in fabricating the 1D crystalline nanostructures. This approach may be useful for studying mechanisms of nanoscale structural organization and transformation processes in various organic–organic assembly systems.
