Single palladium nanowires electrodeposited in electrolyte channels patterned by electron‐beam lithography are investigated for use as hydrogen sensors. This fabrication technique can produce nanowires with controlled dimensions, positions, alignments, and chemical compositions, and should allow for their easy integration with existing silicon technology.
