The novel n‐n type heterojunction of TiO 2 ‐Ti 2 O 3 (H 2 O) 2 (C 2 O 4 )⋅H 2 O, realizing a direct Z‐scheme of the charge transfer mechanism, preparing by in‐situ growth of titanium oxalate through one‐step hydrothermal method, possessing janus‐shaped structure, is a photocatalyst for wastewater treatment or photoanode for photoelectrochemical water splitting.
