Design of mechanostress controlled luminescence in supramolecular gel is still a challenge. Herein, the molecular gelators PBI1 and PBI2 based on perylene bisimide (PBI) chromophores are prepared and characterized. With additional non‐covalent hydrogen bonding interactions between acid and imidazole units, stable gelator PBI2 self‐assembles into entangled supramolecular fibers that forms fluorescent‐enhancement gels triggered by ultrasound in DMSO. Moreover, the structure variation and gelation approaches on the gel properties are also contrasted and studied with several experiments.
