Herein, a concise approach to construct the novel tricyclic ether frameworks, is presented. Microwave‐assisted dual C‐C bond‐forming palladium‐catalyzed intramolecular Heck/intermolecular Sonogashira couplings were implemented, for the synthesis of dihydrobenfurans bearing acetylene moiety, followed by acid‐induced intramolecular hydroarylation reaction of the crude reaction mixture furnished the tricyclic ether systems. Notably, these tricyclic ether frameworks have been achieved, in excellent yields, through a single column chromatography process.
