An efficient superbase‐promoted N ‐α‐sp 3 C−H functionalization of tertiary enaminones for the regiospecific synthesis of structurally diversified pyrroles under mild conditions has been exploited. The developed methodology led to a wide panel of pyrroles with broad substrate scope in an atom‐economy manner. Various substituted pyrroles are provided in up to 94% yield for 36 examples.
