Aromatic bromination of heteroarenes has been accomplished by using readily available LiBr with the aid of BF 3 ⋅Et 2 O under mild aerobic conditions. The broad substrates scope of the reaction is compatible with the optimized condition, and excellent functional‐group is well tolerated in this transformation. The gram‐scale preparation of aromatic bromide exhibits with good reaction efficiency. Meanwhile, the dibromination of heteroarene delivers the polybromo‐aromatic compounds in good yields.
