The micro‐pyramid structure exhibits outstanding antireflection, but this structure only focuses on the field of monocrystalline silicon. Here, the novel TiO 2 pyramids were fabricated by soft imprinting. Then, the polyaniline nanoparticles were loaded on the surface of TiO 2 pyramids to form biomimetic compound eyes with P/N heterojunction. The composite coatings could reduce the reflection of incident light and enhance separation efficiency of photoinduced charges, which were applied to the photocatalytic degradation of organism dye.
