Organoboron Lewis acid‐catalyzed synthesis of oxazole derivatives from α‐diazocarbonyl ketones/esters and aryl/alkyl nitriles has been accomplished. This protocol is compatible with an array of functional groups and results in various scaffolds of oxazole derivatives in good to high yields. Through this process, substitution variation can be achieved easily. Also, the tentative mechanism for the product formation was proposed.
