An efficient and straightforward protocol for the regioselective acyloxylation of N ‐arylarbamates via Pd‐catalyzed C−H bond functionalization has been demonstrated. The aliphatic and benzoic acid derivatives were used as the acyloxyl source to convert aromatic sp 2 C−H bonds into C−O bonds. Additionally, the oxidative homocoupling of N ‐arylarbamates were evaluated and gave the corresponding homocoupled products in good yields.
