An open flask, practical C−P bond formation between oxindole containing allyl alcohols and phosphorous surrogates under catalyst‐free and solvent‐free conditions is described. The C−P bond formation is completely diastereoselective and amenable to a variety of multifunctional allyl alcohols under the reaction conditions employed, providing the desired products in excellent yields.
