Electronic absorption, induced circular dichroism, and 1 H NMR spectroscopies, together with molecular orbital calculations, have indicated the attainment of a deep axial inclusion of two aromatic molecules by β‐cyclodextrin and dimethyl‐β‐cyclodextrin, by selecting quinhydrone (1:1 compound consisting of benzoquinone and hydroquinone) as a guest molecule.
