Microwave assisted Suzuki cross‐coupling of aryl halides with different arylboronic acids were obtained using nano‐Pd/gC 3 N 4 composite as catalyst in water as solvent under aerobic conditions. Catalyst was found to be highly efficient exhibiting high TOFs ∼ 12,000 h −1 for a spectrum of substituted reactants exemplifying unique green chemistry approach combining efficient reusable catalysis in water in presence of air and using microwave irradiation as alternative heating mode.
