We report the design and synthesis of two mannose‐derived low molecular weight gelators (LMOGs) that show various potential applications. These gelators show high degree of gelation with several organic solvents and oils in very low concentration. Both the gelators showed self‐healing property, phase selectivity in aqueous‐organic interface and potential UV‐screening application due to their near opacity in the UV‐region. The supramolecular architectures responsible for the formation of these excellent gelators have been examined through standard analytical techniques.
