It is challenging to functionalize alkoxysilanes since they are moisture sensitive. The aza‐Michael reaction is reported as a simple and efficient way to prepare functional alkoxysilanes. The alkoxysilanes were synthesized by reacting amino‐alkoxysilanes with electron‐deficient alkenes under mild reaction conditions without any catalyst. The yield was very high, and a wide range of functional groups could be tolerated in this methodology to form monofunctional or multifunctional alkoxysilanes.
