A silver‐mediated decarboxylative cross‐coupling of aliphatic carboxylic acids to deliver C−S couplings products is reported. This reaction occurs smoothly under mild conditions and tolerates a various 1,2‐di(pyrimidin‐2‐yl)disulfides and aliphatic carboxylic acids bearing both electron‐donating and electron‐withdrawing groups. It provides an alternative approach for the synthesis of alkyl pyrimidinyl sulfides, which may be applied as the key intermediates in the synthesis of drug candidates.
