A short, efficient and novel approach for the syntheses of bis‐indole alkaloids flinderoles A−C, and desmethylflinderole C, is being described. The synthesis utilizes the optimized intermolecular Heck coupling and InCl 3 catalyzed stereo‐ and regioselective [3+2] annulation reactions as the key steps.
