In the present work, a three‐input AND gate and a three‐input majority gate were conceptually realized in a label‐free and enzyme‐free system by taking the advantage of fluorescent split G‐quadruplex probe. Building on the simple hybridization reactions among different inputs, our system is much more cost‐effective and easier in operation without any usage of nanomaterials or enzymes.
