Abstract The paper is introduced using to detect a critical small‐pixel‐sized defect and presents an efficiency flaw detection of medical displays application with ultra‐high‐resolution IGZO‐based thin‐film‐transistor array. It is a current electrical testing and detection method with advantages of small‐pixel sized, ultra‐high‐resolution and no contact damaged to the display array panel.
