Luminous efficacy of pulse‐driven LED was improved by utilizing optical electric generation of the LED. A pair of LEDs, which was irradiated by each other alternately, charged diffusion capacitance in the LED. Consumed power was reduced to 57.4%–97.1% in RGB color LEDs.
