This paper is to improve the metal corrosion resistance ability of touch panel in the reliability process through design and production process methods. The principle of chemical corrosion is used combining with actual production process, the factors that may affect the metal corrosion resistance ability have been found: metal raw material, sensor process, laminating process. Deeply studying the factors, the correlation detail influence factors to corrosion are target rotation speed, OC layer thickness, SiON layer, secondary ink, film attachment position and water glue lamination position. The optimal parameter for mass production is 12r/min speed, 2um OC, 10um secondary ink, film material & secondary ink overlapping whole metal trace, and water glue & secondary ink overlapping whole metal trace. The results of this paper can also be applied to on‐cell products, CG cover and other fields.
