This article mainly presents the black matrix of the innovative technique. A‐Si and SiNx thin films were investigated for low‐reflectance materials. The new BM structure, by using SiN/a‐Si as reflex‐reduction layer and depositing Mo as shading layer, which replaces the traditional resin BM in VR display.
