In this paper, we introduce a Mini‐LED display based on high mobility oxide thin film transistor (TFT) panel. The Mini‐LED display panel has a 160 × 160RGB pixel array with a pixel pitch of 0.6mm A new power line structure is adopted to minimize the IR drop of power line to achieve a uniform display. In this Mini‐LED display panel, a high mobility Ln‐IZO TFT is used, which helps to reduce the power of Mini‐LED panel. Both gate IC, source IC and fanout lines are placed at the top of the display, and a three‐sided borderless Mini‐LED display can be realized after laser cutting. Then 2×N display can be spliced by this 160×160RGB three‐sided borderless panel, such as 320×480 RGB(2×3 spliced). At last, a PWM driving method is introduced, which can achieve a better grayscale display.
