An effective Demura preprocess evaluation system is called Demura Image Capture Performances Evaluation Method (DICEM) is proposed in this paper. Conventional evaluation methods including SNR, FFC, Shape Distortion, etc. are not effective enough for AMOLED Demura system. To effective evaluate the image quality for Demura IP to make sure the compensation results will be good enough, DICEM including adjacent pixel crosstalk (APC), panel adaptive MTF and Content Correlation Coefficient (CC) are proposed. It's well verified as an effective method for AMOLED Demura system.
