With the development of the full screen, the fingerprint under screen technology has become a necessary technology for mobile phones. It is cost‐effective to prepare large area fingerprint sensor by LTPS process. In this paper, we discuss the performance of photodiodes, fingerprint circuit design and optical design to realize large area optical fingerprint for OLED based on LTPS image sensor (LIS).
