In this paper, a new method of touch screen design using laser‐photo complementary technology is proposed, which can avoid fabricating unnecessary bonding area in large size products due to the splicing exposure process [1]. And also, the material of fan‐out area is the same with that in active area in this paper, which can achieve the overall design comparing with Roll‐to‐Roll technology [2] and improve the reliability. Most important of all, this method can meet the demand of different mechanical structures for one product under the condition of no new mask, such as different bonding area, which is significant in saving development costs.
