Low reflective metal oxide alloys thin film and its additive trace on colorless polyimide (CPI) were proposed to achieve better visual experience for near‐eye display and eye tracking optical transparent electrode application. Furthermore, addictive manufacturing process on Cu(CuO)/Epoxy‐CPI structure was used to implement a prototype eye tracking electrode that showed low value of trace resistance and tight resistance tolerance.
