LC bubble issue in corners happens easily in super‐narrow‐border LCD products. This paper studied the relationship of LC bubble issue with LCD panel design, which includes LC drop pattern, flatten layer material and panel chip layout design in mother glass. Also tried to analysis the basic factors which can be used to improve the bubble issue.
